• Comment: Vanessa definitely knows what she’s doing. I have common but terrible tense muscle problems with less than ideal posture, and the difference she made in 90 minutes is unlike anything I’ve experienced. So grateful she’s close! I’m booking my next appointment!
  
  Update: Vanessa has helped me to stretch effectively when I feel something instead of just feeling achy, hydrating, and trying to get more sleep.
