- Comment: Herniated a disc weight training and the wear and tear in my body is only getting worse due to my occupation. Been meaning to increase “self-care” with monthly (start slow) massages. Vanessa is the ONE - she’s got “gentle hands of steel,” utilizes different modern and Eastern techniques. Gave me a lot of tips for home maintenance utilizing lacrosse ball and simple to follow stretching exercises. Looking forward to my next visit-
