Comment: What a great experience, from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment with Vanessa. The location is super convenient, especially if you live in or near Long Island City. And the massage plus cupping was incredible! I highly recommend Vanessa!

Comment: My first time getting a cupping massage and it was wonderful. Vanessa explained the benefits and the process before we commenced, and inquired if there are any points to focus on. After the massage was done, she suggested some exercise to do at home to prevent tightness to return. The massage itself provided great improvement.

She treated me for multiple issues in my neck, shoulders and hamstrings. I have had cupping many times in Los Angeles and I wish she was closer to me. Comment: This was my first time ever trying cupping or having a deep tissue massage and Vanessa gave me the perfect first experience! I had terrible tension in my upper back and shoulders from stress, the work I do, and exercise but she relieved all my tension. It truly feels like she reset my back. Towards the end of our session she gave me helpful stretching techniques and a tension ball! So knowledgeable and so personable. I’m extremely grateful to you Vanessa and I will be back!

Comment: Herniated a disc weight training and the wear and tear in my body is only getting worse due to my occupation. Been meaning to increase “self-care” with monthly (start slow) massages. Vanessa is the ONE - she’s got “gentle hands of steel,” utilizes different modern and Eastern techniques. Gave me a lot of tips for home maintenance utilizing lacrosse ball and simple to follow stretching exercises. Looking forward to my next visit-

Comment: I had a 90-min cupping and massage treatment with Vanessa and it was perhaps the most effective, informative session I’ve ever had. Her massage was incredibly thorough and she applied cups all over my back, arms, & legs. After the massage, she explained where & why I had tightness, showed me some exercises I can do at home to help stretch those muscles, and even gave me a little massage ball to take home. A great experience all around, highly recommend!

Comment: I received a 60 minute full body massage from Vanessa and it was excellent. She took time to listen to what I was hoping for and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She expertly and professionally made sure not to miss any tense areas. Her technique and skill were of the highest quality and I definitely will be returning! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true massage pro in LIC.

Comment: I've been seeing Vanessa for a couple months now. Each session has been excellent, she works hard to loosen my various knots/aches and I always feel better after a session. I have also noticed overall improvement since starting my cupping sessions. Vanessa has provided several recommendations and resources on how to continue to improve (e.g., foam rolling, stretches etc) - which I very much appreciate. Absolutely recommend!
