This was my first time ever trying cupping or having a deep tissue massage and Vanessa gave me the perfect first experience! I had terrible tension in my upper back and shoulders from stress, the work I do, and exercise but she relieved all my tension. It truly feels like she reset my back. Towards the end of our session she gave me helpful stretching techniques and a tension ball! So knowledgeable and so personable. I’m extremely grateful to you Vanessa and I will be back!

AMAZING! I had never had a massage plus cupping done before I met Vanessa and I’ll never go back to just plain old massages. Her skill level is beyond and after just a couple cupping session the chronic pain I’d had in my shoulder was almost gone, my sciatica and hip issues where getting better. As a yoga teacher and dancer I need my body working well and pain free and going to get cupped a couple times a month was what really helped me to be able to move and work at full capacity. I saw Vanessa about three weeks ago for her one-hour cupping and massage session. I have chronic lower back issues and had had a summer full of activity, so we concentrated on my back and shoulders. Thanks to the fire cupping, I immediately felt amazing and like I was in an entirely different body, and I felt really open and mobile for the next few days (and the absence of lower back pain was fantastic). The treatment was also an excellent reset opportunity for my body, and seeing her was the smartest self-care decision I've made in a long time. She is amazing!

My time with Vanessa left me feeling looser, lighter and very relaxed. We did a massage and incorporated cupping (it was my first time cupping and Vanessa communicated everything clearly and I felt at ease). I loved the feeling of my muscles loosening up and my body and energy felt aligned and at peace. Vanessa has the best touch, and she listens to you and what your body communicates during the session. Really recommended !!!

Vanessa is an extraordinary professional with high standards skills , caring and good communication ( she understood my problem right after I told her ) . I can’t say enough good things about my amazing massage and cupping experience with Vanessa! The appointment was easy to schedule and I really appreciated that she sent me the forms ahead of time to fill out so I didn’t have to do that when I arrived! The space was very relaxing and she had great safety protocols in place! She also explained the cupping process really well and is very clearly an expert! The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and Vanessa did a great job working through all of my tight muscles — which was a big job considering it had been over a year since I had a massage!! I felt like a new person afterwards and I can’t wait to go back!
